Composition:

Each tablet contains:

• Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate / Zinc Gluconate / Zinc Acetate) – 20 mg of elemental Zinc

Pediatric Use (WHO-Recommended for Diarrhea Management):

• Children 6 months and older:

  • 20 mg once daily for 10–14 days during and after episodes of acute diarrhea

  • To be used alongside Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) for full recovery

General Dosage Guidelines:

• Children (6 months – 5 years): 20 mg once daily for 10–14 days (therapeutic use)

• Adults: 15–30 mg daily as supplementation, or as advised by a healthcare provider

• Always follow the exact prescription or dosage recommended by a physician.

Precautions & Side Effects:

• Do not exceed recommended dose without medical advice

• Possible mild side effects: nausea, stomach upset, metallic taste

• Long-term high-dose use may interfere with copper absorption

• Best taken after food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort

Storage:

• Store at room temperature (15–25°C)

• Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture

• Keep out of reach of children
