3-Fer Syrup is a nutritional supplement designed to prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia, especially in children, pregnant and lactating women, and individuals recovering from illness. It combines Ferrous Fumarate (Iron), Folic Acid, and Vitamin B12, all of which are essential for healthy red blood cell formation and oxygen transport in the body.

Composition (per 5 ml):

• Ferrous Fumarate – typically provides elemental Iron

• Folic Acid – helps in DNA synthesis and red blood cell production

• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) – essential for nerve function and blood formation

Dosage & Administration:

• Children: 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 ml) daily or as directed by a doctor

• Adults: 2–3 teaspoons (10–15 ml) daily after meals

• Shake well before use

• For best absorption, take between meals or with vitamin C-rich foods/drinks

Precautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended dose

• May cause dark stools – this is harmless

• Iron supplements may cause mild constipation or stomach upset

• Keep out of reach of children
