My Doctor (GP) is a digital healthcare service that enables you to connect with a licensed physician and schedule appointments through an app or website, accessible from anywhere with internet or Wi-Fi. It’s akin to having a GP readily available, as in-person visits are not required. Our online GPs offer greater flexibility, often providing a wider range of available appointment times. The appointment process also offers enhanced convenience. If you have a sensitive concern, you can choose the gender of your doctor and opt for either a phone or video consultation. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text to help you prepare for the call.

Comprehensive Medical Care

After your consultation, your doctor will recommend the most appropriate treatment plan. If a prescription is necessary, it can be quickly sent as a PDF through the app, allowing for easy download and presentation at a pharmacy.

However, some conditions may require a physical examination. In such cases, if further assessment is needed or if a diagnosis must be escalated, you will be provided with a referral to a local GP or the appropriate medical specialist.
